# Agent Usability: find where a customer’s agent stops

Agent Usability runs a task your customers ask their agents to do, shows the step where the agent stopped, and retests after your fix so you know the fix worked. Free, hosted at https://app.tansohq.com.

## How it works

- Describe the task: save what a customer asks their agent to do as a flow, and run it again whenever the product changes.
- See where it stopped: each run records the requests, responses, and events. An independent check decides the outcome, not the agent's own account.
- Prove the fix worked: mark an issue fixed and retest the same task. The issue closes only when the retest passes.

## What it checks

Enter the product's address and Agent Usability reads its public pages the way an agent does, then answers each step. A live test proves a step by sending a real agent through it.

| Monetization | Pay | completes a charge or subscription without a browser |
| Monetization | Use | makes a metered call, and hitting the limit returns an error it can act on |
| Monetization | Manage | changes a plan or cap and sees the change take effect |

Each step ends as one of: agent did (a live test proved it), agent can (public pages describe a way for an agent to do it alone), handoff (a person steps in at a documented point and the agent carries on, which counts as passing), needs a person (no documented handoff; the step says what to build), blocked (something stops agents outright), or needs a live test (public pages cannot answer it). ## Agent access

An agent can create a workspace and get an API key with POST https://app.tansohq.com/v1/signup, with no account, email, or person. A person can claim the workspace later, which switches the starting allowance to a daily one.
